British 'Infantry' Short Back Rucksack. Olive.

Note: This is for a 'short back', also available in long-back guise.
Here we have the pack issued from the late 80's to the mid 90's when D.P.M took over the show....
Genuine P.L.C.E. 90-patt. genre.
This is probably the most robust and reliable load-lugger you'll find.
Two of our most favourable words within E-land are 'build' and 'quality' - this ruck strikes both these cords with 'build-quality' up and above any modern construction of load-bearing equipment.
You can treat them with extreme harshness and disrespect and they won't squeak or squeal, they'll just laugh it off and ask for more!!
In brief;
A large single-cavity pack with an external front pocket and a large lid zipped top section.
Various ancillary webbing / strapping for securing external loads.
The pack can be compressed using the 3 x 3 compression straps integrated on the side panels.
Two heavily padded shoulder straps and a 40mm hip / waist belt.
The infantry is around 70 litres capacity, with the useful ability to add two P.L.C.E. side pouches (not supplied) to add an additional 10 + 10 litres, making for a super-carry of around 90 litres.
Everything is screwed together properly and shouldn't (ever) let you down.
Back support is via a removable internal malleable lightweight ali frame.
