Endicotts offer products based on both our own sizing system and the original size referencing & specification, as products of differing origin and era (which may be labelled the same) often are, in fact, quite different.

For example: A British 85-pattern field jacket in size 170/96 (my deemed size i.e., up to 1.70mts height range & up to 96cm chest measure) would be too snug for me to wear, however a field jacket from current M-T.P genres, again size-referenced as 170/96 would be far too large.
