Accepted? Yes. Return non-faulty goods - within fourteen days of receipt - we cannot refund your postage costs. For faulty goods, these can either be replaced or refunded at your instruction and, in addition to this, your postage cost will be refunded. Or, should any other issues arise PLEASE LET US KNOW.
